Dizzy and Creative hopes that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided that they are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, uncut and un damaged. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when offering a refund or alternative.
Should you wish to return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days of the receipt of your goods from the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at or by calling us on 07398 761418
We will provide you with a Returns Number (RN). Please provide us with the details of the customers purchase number and details of which goods are being returned.
Please let us know the reason for returning any goods with your RN number.

Please return the goods to: Dizzy & Creative Customer Services, PO BOX 226, TAVISTOCK, DEVON, PL19 1EH. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting.

NB. We will not make a refund or exchange goods until we receive the goods as agreed in the returns policy. Proof of postage alone is not sufficient.

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch or within seven working days from the receipt of the goods if you send us notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened, uncut, unstitched, unwashed and unused condition.
