We aim to get your order to you within 10 working days - if we think there might be a delay for any reason, rest assured we'll be in touch to keep you updated and offer you the option of cancelling your order with a full refund.
We're all about quality here at Dizzy & Creative, and want to ensure every customer is 100% happy with their purchase. To show our commitment to this, should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return the product and get a full refund or voucher.
Our only stipulations are, that the product is returned in it's original packaging, unopened, and in a state suitable for re-sale. Also, the cost of return is borne by you.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep a copy of your email receipt as proof of purchase.
Dizzy & Creative don't store any of your information. We use some of it for the purposes of processing your order, that's it.
