Shopping with us:

We aim to get your order to you within 10 working days - if we think there might be a delay for any reason, rest assured we'll be in touch to keep you updated and offer you the option of cancelling your order with a full refund.

Returns Policy:

We're all about quality here at Dizzy & Creative, and want to ensure every customer is 100% happy with their purchase. To show our commitment to this, should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return the product and get a full refund or voucher. 
Our only stipulations are, that the product is returned in it's original packaging, unopened, and in a state suitable for re-sale. Also, the cost of return is borne by you.

 You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep a copy of your email receipt as proof of purchase.

Privacy Policy:

Dizzy & Creative don't store any of your information. We use some of it for the purposes of processing your order, that's it. 
Some of your information may be used by payment partners Wix.com or Paypal.com, for the purposes of processing your order. They may store some of your data, according to their own privacy policies. 
Completing our contact form will, if you choose, add your details to our mailing list, keeping you up to date with exciting news and developments from Dizzy & Creative. Your data will be secured safely with our third party provider Mail Chimp. 
No data will passed on to external parties at any time. You are welcome to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, at which point your data will be deleted.
